Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and components are included
Important:
Special order items and custom assembled products are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special order products
- Custom assembled battery packs or components
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in advance.
To request a return:

- Include your order number and reason for return
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Items must be returned via ground shipping only and packaged according to applicable guidelines
- You may be required to return to one of our fulfillment partners such ast Rocket Distributing
Battery2Batteries.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide photos and a description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 10 business days for processing
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
Exchanges must be preapproved. If you need a different item, please email for approval, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the return process (if eligible).
